Lairdsgate brings six 3-bedroom townhomes to a quiet, treed street minutes from Royal Oak Shopping Centre, Broadmead Village, and the eventual Mackenzie Exchange transit hub. Each unit is designed to feel like a standalone home — private entry, attached garage, full-height ceilings, and a rooftop deck with views toward the inlet.

This project came out of a direct conversation with the landowner, who wanted to see the site developed thoughtfully rather than at maximum density.
