Logic Homes was founded on the belief that a well-built home changes everything about how a family experiences daily life. We spent years proving that on custom homes across Southern Vancouver Island — homes where details mattered, timelines were kept, and buyers moved in without surprises.
As Southern Vancouver Island grew and the need for attainable housing became impossible to ignore, we made a deliberate pivot. Today, we focus on multiplexes and townhomes — the kind of missing-middle housing that lets more people put down roots without losing what makes our communities worth living in.
The move didn’t change our standards. The same hands-on approach, the same material choices, the same pride in finish quality — all of it now applied to housing that serves more families at once.
